Project Info: All‑electric, five‑story mixed‑use building in the Tigard Triangle designed to achieve Path to Net Zero status — the first multifamily building in Oregon to do so. Modeling supported advanced envelope strategies, a 103‑kW rooftop solar array, and system selections that enable extremely low operating carbon and near‑zero resident electricity bills.
